Shipping and Handling Policy

Below you will find the terms and conditions that represent our Shipping Policy.

Shipment Processing Time

All orders are processed within 5 business days. If you ordered a presale product, then orders are processed when the product becomes available for shipping. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. 

If Routie is experiencing a large volume of orders, order shipments may be delayed. We ask that you allow additional days in transit for product delivery. If a significant delay of more than 10 business days is expected with your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

The shipping cost for your order will be calculated, displayed and must be paid during checkout. Delivery delays can occur.

Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses

Routie cannot ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO/DPO addresses. If you provide one of these addresses, we will contact you to provide a new, acceptable shipping address.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email with your tracking number. The tracking number will be active within 1 business day of receipt of this notification email.

Customs, Duties and Taxes

Routie is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.). If there are additional fees due, you will be contacted directly to pay such fees. Routie accepts no responsibility for such customs, duties, taxes or fees.


Routie is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, you must contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
